Honest answers

Frequently asked.

Anything else lands in your inbox — hi@aidxn.com.

Which controllers are supported?

PS5 DualSense and DualSense Edge are first-class. Xbox Series and PS4 DualShock work in compatibility mode (no adaptive triggers). Switch Pro support is in beta on macOS.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Once your license is activated, the app runs fully offline. The marketplace and preset sharing require an internet connection — everything else does not.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free covers the core bridge with three saved presets and the Resolume connector in read-only mode. Pro unlocks the full mapping editor, unlimited presets, every connector, adaptive trigger output, and marketplace publishing.

Do you collect any data?

No telemetry from the desktop app. License checks happen once at activation and once per major version update. Marketplace uploads are opt-in and tied to an email address you control.

What is your refund policy?

Fourteen days, no questions asked, in line with Australian Consumer Law. Email hi@aidxn.com with your order ID and we will process the refund within two business days.
